Olivia given good option for diet list, in addition- WHole grain cereals like oats, oatmeal, ragi, jowar, bajar, whole wheat,etc. Whole legumes, sprouts, lentil are good option for diet foods. Diet drink like buttermilk, tender coconut water, fresh lemon juice, veg juices are good diet drinks.
