    hi srinu,

    Actually the type of diet will depend upon your goal behind the workout, and type of workout. (ex- if you are doing weight training in a gym for body building , you need to take in more proteins in your diet ... )

    I think that you have try to exercise in morning and start dieting but one more important point is that you must take supplement when you are dieting, if you can't than you'll feel weakness through day.
