CORRIANDER MINT CHUTNEY SANDWICH AND COCONUT GRATINGS

I have seen coriander mint chutney recipe in your site. Doesadding cocunut gratings increase the cholestrol content in great extent?

    No plant food on earth has cholesterol in it. Coconut is rich in saturated fats. A normal healthy person can very well eat coconut chutneys but if your body fats are on the higher side it is better to cut down on those nuts. They are good sources of proteins and minerals.

    fat percentage of a fresh coconut and a dry coconut is different.eating fresh coconut is of no harm .

    Well, dry coconut is not used in chutneys. They are used only to make sweets.
