Arthritis is the problem related with the inflammation of the joint. Spices especially Coriander (Dhaniya) in any form is the best remedy for reducing inflammatory pain. Coriander (Dhaniya) is having a substance with inflammatory properties which best suits to the patient suffering from Arthritis. You can drink the solution made from boiling the coriander (Dhaniya) seeds with water. Coriander essential oil applied topically can be used to reduce the pain of Arthritis. Cilantro can be used as the substitute for coriander seeds. One teaspoon of chopped fresh parsley, tarragon and dil can be used instead of one teaspoon of shredded coriander (Dhaniya) leaves. Another substitute for one teaspoon of coriander (Dhaniya) seed is one teaspoon each of fennel, cumin and caraway seeds.
