You can stop but it take little time to stop. Binge eating disorder is more common among the many obese & over weight.
Some of the tips to stop binge eating:
# Avoid temptation- eating more of sugary, fatty foods.
# Eat regular meal with full of fibers foods- Fibers will make fill fullness & it reduces the intake & avoids binge eating.
# Aware of problems about binge eating with fatty, sugary foods.
# Change the unhealthy food habits. Choose healthy options.
# Whenever you feel to eat, drink 1 glass of warm water with lemon or drink water to reduce ur appetite- this will help you to reduce binge eating & then choose healthy foods.
# GO for any cardio exercise - atleast for 30-45mins in a day.
