Studies have shown that high intake of sugar enters quickly into the bloodstream and that might cause an increase in the insulin level and other growth promoting hormones. And as result it might increase the growth of cancer cells. So main important thing is to sort out which is good sugar and which is the bad one.Good sugars are complex carbohydrate and bad sugars are the simple sugars. Regular consumption of complex do not affect the insulin the same as the simple sugars. And studies have shown that they actually reduce the risk of cancer. Complex sugars or carbohydrate include whole grain cereals, brown rice, beans, whole fruits and vegetables. Avoid simple sugars such as fruits juices, ice cream, chocolate, sugar cereal etc.
