Lemon juice is just like water, You can drink 2-3 glass of lemon juice in a day . But try avoid sugar or salt or honey. It is more effective for weight loss, improves digestion, improves blood circulation. Any way it diluted so no problem to drink. If you have any allergic to lemon then avoid it.

Hi, I remember the olden philosophy that if you drink too much lemon water it would adversely affect your bonesh lemon water attacks the bones in the body. Any validity/truthfulness in this? Pl. update.
