Are far as I know there are no disadvantages from having an egg for breakfast. In fact many doctors recommend that you eat two eggs for breakfast. Eggs are a source of protein and minerals and they are an ideal way to start the day. But the only drawback is the eggs contain lots of cholesterol and therefore if you eat too much you are likely to put yourself at risk. But if you lead a active and physical lifestyle then you should be ok. Just make sure that you burn off the fat and keep your body clean off all toxins at all times.

breakfast itself more important to have regularly . Egg is excellent protein rich food in the breakfast. IN different form you can have during ur breakfast but try to take only egg white not yolk part. Yolk part is high in calories, cholesterol.
