Losing weight is not easy for endomorphs because their metabolism works extremely slowly. Therefore they should eat small, frequent meals. Reduce fat intake and eat more proteins. Proteins help build muscles which will help to burn fat directly from the fat cells. Thus chicken, fish and other healthy meat should be included in the diet. Include lots of slow absorbing carbohydrates like whole grains, brown rice, vegetables and oats in your diet. Since metabolism takes place slowly in endomorphs, it makes sense to increase intake of slow absorbing foods. Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins in the body.
