As the choice of the person differs from person to person so does their eating habits. It is most commonly noticed and observed that people having different blood groups have different choices in their eating habits.
Blood groups O have more non veg foods as stomach has more acid content
A group should avoid non veg as low acid content in the stomach they should have more of fresh fruits and vegetables
B group can be more versatile they can enjoy everything should just try to avoid chicken.
AB group they can have all foods without any problem as they can easily digest things.
