Nuts! Yes I said nuts! They are very useful for your sex life. Almond and pistachios are also ideal for improving your performance in bed. They give you plenty of energy and I would advice you to eat a handful of each before you copulate. Don't laugh, I am serious.  There are several other foods that are supposed to help with your sex life as well. But as long as you stay healthy and eat well you should be able to make sure that you and your partner have a good time in bed. Fruit and veggies are always a good add.

Like many aspects of health, our sex drive is affected by what we put into our bodies. There are lots of foods which are supposedly very good for sexual health. Given below is the list of most talked about Sex Foods:
*Avocados-These are low in saturated fats, good for the heart and anything good for the heart is good for the sexual life.
*Nuts-They are good because they are great sources of fatty acids (omega 3, omega 6, omega 9) and also very good sources of Potassium and Calcium. Calcium is important to make orgasms more powerful. Go for almonds, cashews, walnuts, chickpeas and granola.
*Figs-They are very good for increasing sexual stamina.
*Water melon-It contains citrulline (a phytonutrients) which increases the amount of nitric oxide in the body and that causes good blood circulation.
*Salmon & other sea foods-These are great sources of Omega 3 fatty acids and good for the heart and the blood flow. Salmon, Mackerel, Oysters and Herring are great sex enhancing foods.
*Citrus-They are rich in antioxidants, Vitamin C, and folic acid which are important for men’s reproductive health.
*Other foods which act as sexual enhancer are banana, pomegranate, strawberries, red wine, vanilla and chocolate.
