What is the best diet and nutrition for keeping in good health?

    Hi Fatimah,

    there is no general best diet , it would depend upon what is the requirement of you as an individual. what is right for one may not be right for other person. hence it is vague to decide on one diet. but there are a few things which we all need im mentioning a few of them here .

    - we all require vit C in abundance to keep our immunity gioid and for antioxidants and various other purpose. so one should add lemon, citrus fruits like pineapple, orange, amla, in our diet.

    - protein is another essential nutrient, hence itr can be incorporated in diet through soyabean/ legumes/ pulses/ nuts / milk and milk products for a vegetarian
    and through chicken/ egg / fish/ lean meats and the above mentioned items in a non- vegetarians diet.

    - fiber has become very essential , as our lifestyle have changed for bad, and inactiveness has increased so fibers helps us in keeping weight to the normal , reducing cholesterol, and keeping the digestive system working properly. add fruits / veggies / bran / oats to your meals for the same.

    - legumes and sprouts have good protein as well as B vit, as well as fiber.

    Hi

    Best nutrition means , eating balanced diet which includes carbs, protein, good fat, vitamins , minerals. Reduce the refined foods, high calories, junk food. The aim should include plenty of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes. Drink plenty of water. There are four important things to maintain metabolism & healthy such as make sure meal portion should be less, don’t skip the meal, meal timing should be maintain, eat small frq meals.
    Exercise is also very important to keeping in good health.
