In my opinion, no fruit should be eaten after dinner or any other meal. Fruits are the most easily digestible foods and studies have shown that fruits leave the digestive tract within twenty minutes of consumption except of course the banana. A banana takes four hours to digest and be absorbed. Eating fruits like watermelons, oranges, apples or berries after dinner will cause problems in your digestive system. If you do have to eat fruit make sure you eat it well before your dinner or any other meals. Eat fruits separately and don't combine them with your meals. This way you can stay healthy.

I agree with deepti, Fruits are easily digestible food expect banana. Any fruits are fine but try to avoid high calories fruit like mango, jack fruits, etc. Fruits should take separately should avoid combine with other meals because it disturbs the digestive system & increase the problem like bloating or gas or stomach pain, etc. Best time to have fruits in the morning or mid morning.
