I read that Paris Hilton has cheese burgers and finger chips for breakfast after a heavy party. It helps to overcome the hang over. Yes ,that must be true .Cheese can help us overcome nausea. Finger chips has all that oil and carb. You are thinking oh all those junk food? But good after drinking. Alcohol reduces blood sugar level. So eat food that gives sugars and the required energy. You can have cereals ,bread. Carbohydrate and protein rich food. They can slow down absorption of alcohol. Fruit juices rich in fructose can be taken as they reduce the effect of alcohol .

I heard that , most of the people after drinking , they use to eat more spicy & oily foods. My suggestion is take healthy foods like egg omlette with onions, egg bhujji with more of onions, etc. But try to drink less qty.
