In different parts of India people have entirely different eating habits. In the southern parts they may use coconut, so a processor that can scrap coconut will be best. In northern region they eat more rotis, at least 4 times a day ;a processor that can knead dough will best suit. Also Indians have different methods in their cooking like squeezing coconut milk or juice of tamarind or making paste of garlic . If a processor can meet all these needs cooking can be simplified, cooking time reduced. Based on your need and budget you can select an available option.
