What is the best cooking oil in India by dietitian recommended ?

    Most of them are ok to use. Most people recommend the use of refined oil instead of normal oil. When it comes to coking oil it is better to be safe than sorry and you should make sure that you buy good ones. Even if this means spending more money, it is well worth it. Most households in south India use sunflower oil for cooking and frying food. The eastern part of the country uses peanut and mustard oil. Using extra virgin olive oil is also a good idea but this could lead to high blood pressure in the long run.
