There are like a million oil brands in the country and each of them purport to be the best. If you believe all the ads that you see on tv then these oils are supposed to keep you safe and healthy forever. In reality I don't think that any of these oils are actually as good as they are supposed to be. Most of them are adulterated and one is never sure of the quality. In India it is not difficult to do it and fool the common man. But some of the top end oils are better than the other at least in terms of purity.

There are many cooking oil are introduced in market. I don't about best brands of cooking oil. Oils which is Canola oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, flax seeds oil, safflower oil, peanut oil, rice bran oil, corn oil are best cooking oil but usage of oil should be limited - 3-4tsp in a day.
