I don't know what a sattu roti is but I do know that roti are extremely underrated. Rotis are consumed by the truck loads in the northern part of the country. Most of the northern states eat roti as an everyday staple. Rotis help you lose weight as they contain very little carbs. Rotis are usually made over an open flame and therefore there is no question of adding ghee or butter. This will increase the calorie count and make the roti useless. Rotis are ideal for both lunch and dinner and they go well with most types of side dishes.
