Actually chana sattu has its origin from bihar state of india. It is made by roasting chana, then dehusking and then ground to powder form. It is not only a drink, thick bread is made mixing half wheat flour-eaten with mustard oil, sea salt, roasted red chilli and onion flakes, and soup is also made with a little mustard oil, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, black pepper powder and garlic. All these preparations have very piculiar test so none can refuse it. Although its goodness is limited to bihar only.
