Consuming celery and carrot juices are effective way of improving your body functioning and digestion. These two juices have a synergistic effect, and maybe consumed separately, or maybe mixed together. Individually Celery juice helps in elimination of carbon dioxide from the body, increases bronchial activity and also regulates body temperature. It is a useful for rebuilding blood cells and due to its high content of sodium; it increases nerve impulse conduction through the neurons. When added to carrot juice, it furnishes a balance of sulphur, iron, calcium, magnesium and sodium that provides the body with protection against a wide host of diseases. Carrot juice contains many vitamins, along with essential minerals, which facilitates bowel movement.
