    I have heard that Indian people who are vegetarians, do not get enough proteins. Soyabean / SoyBean is not very popular food in India. So what should vegetarians Indians inculde in the diet to make it protein rich ?

    some good vegetarian protein rich sources can be sprouted pulses,pulses and legumes and milk and milk products

    Not like that, Good source of protein rich foods like sprouts, milk & milk products, whole grains, legumes, dals, pulses, etc. By having following foods in ur diet gets good amount of protein.
