    Hey…Yes. You can safely include white oats in your daily diet chart. White oats is rich in soluble dietary fiber. Dietary fiber in oats helps to lower the LDL level in blood. Oats can also remove fat from your body. So if you are planning to include oats in your diet chart for losing weight you have made the right choice. Oats is also a rich source of dietary iron. It also helps to decrease the blood sugar levels and hence can be included by diabetics as well. Oats is good for the good health of your digestive tract also. The fiber content in oats can cure constipation and other gastro intestinal disorders.

    I agree, You can have white oats with milk or you can have with vegetables like beans,carrots, onions and tomato.
