    Try to avoid it, because they contain saccharine or saccharides deriavitives which is substitute of sugar which is not good.

    I agree, long term use of diet drinks are not safe. This can cause you to become exhausted prematurely, and may cause dizziness, headache or nausea during exercise.Sports or diet drinks are very similar to sodas, since they contain minimal nutrients, regardless of the fact that they are marketed as being healthy.

    I agree with both discussion. Diet soda or diet drink are not health & not good for weight loss because it contains too much of salt, artificial sweetener, additives & chemicals. Thus fresh fruits juice or buttermilk or water are best & healthy options.
