In juice fasting, its imperative no solid foods be consumed. The foods should be raw and can be eaten whole or juiced. Carrot juice is an excellent juice for fasting. it helps detoxify the systme and eliminates toxins.its rich in antioxidants and vitamins.Carrot juice is more alkaline.Amla juice also has numerous health benefits when included in juice diets. It is loaded with Vitamin C and and it helps balance the stomach acids and strengthens the liver. its a body coolant and helps flush out toxins. Yes, you can combine amla and carrots to make a super carrot-amla juice recipe.A combination of both will work wonders on your system.
