    Acidophilus is one of the types of bacterium that is found in the human body. the human body contains somewhere around 500 different species of bacteria and out of these some are good and some are bad for us. But the acidophilus bacterium is a useful organism and it helps with the functioning of the body. This bacteria is a useful organism and it helps with the growth of antibiotics in the body. These are natural fighters and soldiers of the human body. This bacterium is found in foods such as yoghurt and they are available naturally. One can also take in pro-biotic medications.
