An abs diet plan (as far as I know) is one wherein you move up from eating 3 times a day to six times a day. You might wonder about how increasing your food intake will work. You have to realize that when you eat food in small quantities more frequently, it helps in keeping off hunger and improving your metabolism. This diet plan also includes foods that are rich in nutrients, proteins, healthy fats and fiber. Avoid high fat, fried foods and sweets in excessive amounts. I hope this has given you an overall idea about an abs diet plan.

If you want to find your abs, you have to burn the fat. Eating right is critical, and by following the nutrition principles of the Abs Diet and centering your meals around the Abs Diet Power foods, you'll lose fat pretty effortlessly. But to maximize your weight loss and turn your fat into muscle, you need an exercise plan. Exercise will not only make you healthier; it'll make you lose weight faster. It'll make you stronger. Most important, it'll make your body turn fat into muscle -- by converting energy that's stored in fat into energy that feeds muscle.
