Then one should eat 1200 calories in a day. 1st day do detox diet with only fruits juices & veg juice, water-this will help you to removes the toxin form the body & gives good weight loss. 2nd day eat 1200 calories with a lots of vegetables, sprouts salad, roti, veg sabji, if u like to have non-veg then choose grilled fish or grilled chicken-1 piece, buttermilk, veg soup, choose healthy snacks like steamed corn, high fiber biscuits, brown bread, bhel without aloo. Drink plenty of water in a day 2-3 liter. Avoid junk foods, fatty foods, oily foods, chat items, bakery foods,empty calories drink & caffeine drinks.3 rd day same as 2 nd day but increase exercise pattern. 4 th day also same as 2nd day.
