hey garima .. i am not in favor of any damn diet which is done foer a short duration like less than a week .. these diets make you lose only the water weight and not the actual fat weight, and this weight is not stable .. one can easily gain this weight back as soon as they shift back to their normal routine. hence dunt fall prey to such gimmicks and choose a healthier lifestyle , eat good and exercise daily to achieve your weight and health goals. all the best to you .
