Hi Sara, Its not possible for someone to loose 30 pounds in just a months time. A healthy weight loss through diet and exercise is 4-5 kgs per month. Loosing more weight is harmful for health.

Swati is right. It is not way to lose 30pound in a month. You can lose 2-4 kg in a month by strict diet, life style modification & exercise. It is very harm to lose more & fast by cash diet.
