Any diet plan can be a good option if you are willing to stick to it. There is nothing magical about a three meal diet and it is a simple diet that follows a set pattern. It is aimed at controlling the number of calories that you consume on a daily average. The three meal diet plan does not have any special characteristics and as far as I know the three hour diet is a better option. You can include limited amounts of eggs, cottage cheese and unsweetened coffee or tea in your three meal diet plan. Just make sure that you don't eat too much.

Yes, i agree with payal. Eating small freq meal are healthy & good for weight loss, gives good digestion, include healthy snacks, avoid high intake of caffeine content.
