    Truth be told, there are no specific recipes that you need to follow during the three hour diet plan period. You can eat anything you like and this includes ice creams, chocolates and chips. Yes I did say ice creams. Are you wondering how? The answer is simple all you need to do is to eat a small meal or a snack once in three hours. This way your body has sufficient energy to function and you wont put on any unwanted weight as well. The three hour diet plan does not restrict you from your favorite foods and this is the best part.

    Why do you want 3 hr diet plan? But there is not like that plan at all. I think 2 1/2 - 3hr interval should have for ur diet plan in a day.
