No it is not true. A three day diet is a false claim and you will not lose any weight in just three days. Did someone tell you that this is possible? I urge you not to believe in any such miracle weight loss programs as they are not true. Losing weight is a difficult and arduous task that involves plenty of exercise and diet. You have to eat right and stay healthy for at least 6 months before you can hope to lose weight. Regular cardio exercises such as walking, jogging and swimming are also extremely important for losing weight.
I totally agree with Nishthha, anything which is short term gives only a temporary result. weight ios not everything , health comes first . Its efinately not advisable to liose weight at the cost of your health. even if the goal would be achieved slowly and steadily.
