Okay, somebody's being a bit too enthusiastic. Although I'm not too sure about the number of vitamin D rich items I know about, I'll just try and list out all that I know. It's well known that sunlight ha a lot of vitamin D, so I'll skip that part, and focus on the foods instead. Button mushrooms are very rich in vitamin D, and so are sockeye salmons. You can also opt for sardines and herring to maintain your vitamin D intake, or even go for tuna. Almost all varieties of fish are rich in vitamin D, including catfish. Other vitamin D rich items that you can include in your diet are cod liver oil and eggs.
