There is no like 21 detox diet plan. I can explain about detox diet plan.
Detox diet means some of foods has detoxifying property which helps to eliminates the toxin from the body, liver & cleans the digestive tract. This will maintains the overall health. But one should only 1-2 days in a month. There are 3 types of detox diet plan.
1. Water diet: Only water is consumed the whole day. This type of diet plan should do only monthly once.
2. Juice diet: Only fresh fruits and vegetable juices without salt/sugar. This diet plan can do for 1-2 days in a month.
3. Raw foods diet: Raw uncooked food are taken the whole day, things like roasted nuts, sprouts, fruits, vegetable juices and salads etc. This can do 1-2 days in a week.
