    Are you sure you want to opt for a 2000 calorie meal plan? Your body requires only around 1500 calories to survive on a daily basis. Are you trying to lose weight or gain weight? A 2000 calorie plan is useful if you are looking to work out regularly and all the excess calories that you consume will get burned right out. In such a case you can opt for a 2000 calorie plan without any issues. But remember that there are no specific ingredients that you need to include in a 2000 calorie plan and you can eat pretty much what you like as long as it does not exceed the limit.

    Hi

    Sample diet plan: Breakfast- vegetable upma-big bowl, mint chutney.
    Midmorning- Mix fruits- big bowl.
    Lunch- roti-2 no, rice- small bowl, veg sabji, curd, vge salad.
    Evening-coffee, brown bread-3no
    Dinner- grilled fish or chicken & same as lunch not curd & rice.
