    There is no specific diet plan that you need to follow. An average person needs around 1500 to 1800 calories per day to survive. If you are opting for a 2000 calorie diet plan then you should be aware of what you are eating and it has to be a balanced diet. Your diet must include high protein foods and it must be balance of both veg and non-veg dishes. You can opt for fish and protein as well as other items such as lean beef. Include lots of green veggies in your diet as well. Nuts, legumes and sprouts are also excellent options.

    hey garima , there is no fixed best 2000 calorie diet chart . the diet chart which is specifically designed for your age, height and weight keepoing in mind your health status and to make you achieve the decided health goal wouyld be best for you. dont just grab any diet plan from the internet and fiollow it .. and make sure you want to consume a 2000 calorie c hart , coxz if you are looking for weight loss or maintenance , it ois too much to achieve such kind of goal . so decide only after consulting an expert. and dont randomly select any chart. you havent mentioned your goal of such a diet, or i would have helped you in details .
