    Are you planning to go to space or something? What is a two diet pill? Are you talking about the new Japanese diet pills? I don know if they can work wonders or not but they have marketed well and many people are harping about these new wonder products. Of course there is no sure way to say whether or not a diet pill will work. You have to use it and decide for yourself. Or you can ask among your friends and check if any of your friends have used them before. As far as I know these so called miracle pills are just a gimmick.

    Diet pills are strictly to be avoided.There is no short cut to lose weight. These diet pills might pose serious health issues. Instead focus on diet, exercise and good healthy lifestyle.

    Diet pills is the method of quick fix diet.
    Quick fix diet means , the diet which is very strict diet plan & eating only particular food for wt loss. Side effects depends on person to person & diet plan. It works more effectively in the initially, but this kind of unhealthy diet plan can lead to many health problems.
    For example: Diet pills/diet powders are having fast effect in weight loss but after leaving this for sometimes you will get many health probs like nausea,vomiting & sudden weight gain, hair loss, nutritional disorders, etc.

    There are three ways to burn the fat & calories in your body. 1. Balanced diet. 2. Exercise. 3. Life style modification. These combinations will help you to burn the fat very fast & easily.
    Balanced diet: Keep up your pattern includes all kind of nutrients like carbs, protein, good fat, vitamins & minerals. Water is more for health & weight loss as well. So choose healthy carbs which is high in fibers like whole cereals, grains, etc. Include plenty of fruits & vegetables in your diet. Include more of fat burning foods like green tea , fiber foods likes fresh fruits , vegetables , salad , sprouts , whole grains , spicy foods(capsicum, pepper, green chilies) will you help you more to burn the fat in your body . Maintain potion control & timing of the meals because this will maintain your metabolism to keep your healthy digestion & helps to burn the calories (fat). Maintain meal timings & portion control. Eat 5 small meals to increase or maintains the metabolism to burn your calories. Drink plenty of water to improves ur metabolism.

    Exercise: Do any kind of exercise like cardio (walking, swimming, skipping, and cycling) for 45- 60mins. Exercise helps to improves digestion, circulation & maintains metabolism as well.

    Life style: avoid smoking & alcohol (beer). But once a while & less qty is ok to drink alcohol (monthly once).
