There are three ways to burn the fat & calories in your body. 1. Balanced diet. 2. Exercise. 3. Life style modification. These combinations will help you to burn the fat very fast & easily.
Balanced diet: Keep up your pattern includes all kind of nutrients like carbs, protein, good fat, vitamins & minerals. Water is more for health & weight loss as well. So choose healthy carbs which is high in fibers like whole cereals, grains, etc. Include plenty of fruits & vegetables in your diet. Include more of fat burning foods like green tea , fiber foods likes fresh fruits , vegetables , salad , sprouts , whole grains , spicy foods(capsicum, pepper, green chilies) will you help you more to burn the fat in your body . Maintain potion control & timing of the meals because this will maintain your metabolism to keep your healthy digestion & helps to burn the calories (fat). Maintain meal timings & portion control. Eat 5 small meals to increase or maintains the metabolism to burn your calories. Drink plenty of water to improves ur metabolism.
Exercise: Do any kind of exercise like cardio (walking, swimming, skipping, and cycling) for 45- 60mins. Exercise helps to improves digestion, circulation & maintains metabolism as well.
Life style: avoid smoking & alcohol (beer). But once a while & less qty is ok to drink alcohol (monthly once).
