First things first, there's nothing called a two a day diet. Either way, you seem to be inching towards a 'lose weight in two days' scam, so I'll have to advice you against it. Do you honestly believe that you'll be able to shed all fat in a period of two days? Do you think that's even plausible? I have to tell you that it's not. You'll be exhausted beyond measure if you ever try a diet like that. You'll also start eating more than you normally do, if you follow a crash diet this way. Opt for normal diets in the place of 2 day diets, and with proper exercise, you can really cut down some pounds.
