What food items can be used in a 1500 Calorie Vegetarian Diet?

    Vegetarians can't include a lot of their favorite items in their diet as vegetarian items are high in calories and they're packed with butter and other greasy ingredients. The problem is that vegetarian diets are rich in carbohydrates and this need to be cut down to a decent extent for the weight loss process to kick in. Vegetarians can have an apple, a cup of oatmeal and a glass of slim milk for breakfast, a cup of mixed fruit salad, some salad greens and some lemon juice for lunch, and some whole pasta, meatballs and steamed broccoli for dinner. They can have tortilla chips and bean dip for snacks.
