Before you start off on a low carb diet, you need to focus and learn some facts. I've had friends who've tried low carb diets, and these don't work. Low carb diets deprive your body of carbohydrates which are responsible for keeping your body fit and running. Once the carbohydrate supply is cut off and once you start off on a protein rich diet, the body will be thrown off balance. This will result in dehydration and muscle burning will take place. This will result in weight loss temporarily, and this is very unhealthy. If you're still focused on a low carb diet, you can replace high carb items with a wrap sandwich that has ranch dressing, lettuce, ham and turkey.
