There are many food items that can be included in a 1400 calorie diet, and this depends on your personal preferences too. Do you eat high carb food items or do you strictly opt for only low carb food items? Once you're set on one particular type, you can look for food items that fall under those restrictions. You can add food items like pasta, grilled salmon and chicken wrap to your 1400 calorie diet menu and apart from these you can include all types of fruits and vegetables too. It's better to consult a nutritionist and plan out a diet rather than take things into your own hands.

hi vandana, you can include all food items in 1400 calorie diet. atleast 50% should come from grain, so you can include around 7-8 exchanges of whol e grains and cereals. and 4-5 exchanges from the protein group whether vegetarian o non vegetarian is your choise. and 5-7 exchanges of veggies and fruits that wiould provide you with fiber and antioxidants , and 2-3 exchange of fats and sugar.
