Ofcourse it s possible to have tasty dishes in a 1200 calorie veg diet. Some option that you can include are- veg sandwich,clear soups,broken wheat pulao,stuffed veg chapattis,grilled veg kebabs,boiled chana chaat,puffed rice poha,diet bhel,rava idli etc.
