    IN 1200 calories diet plan , you can include whole grains, legumes, leafy vegetables, fruits, fresh vegetables, fat should be very limited(3tsp in a day), sugar should 2-3tsp in a day, Salt-less qty. Water is zero calories one but it is very essential for our body & one should drink at-least 2-3liter in a day. This diet plan is given for weight loss, who is over weight with diabetes.
