    Why do you need a 119 tips? Why such a specific number? Are you planning to write a book on dieting or something? I don know a 119 tips but I do know a good ones that will work. You can opt for a healthy vegetarian diet that includes lots of raw and green leafy vegetables. Eating lean and fat free meat instead of proper meat is another option. This will help you keep the cholesterol and fat levels down and you will lead a healthy life. Drinking lots of juices and eating fruits is another good way to make sure that you are healthy for longer periods.

    If you are looking for weight loss, simply follow the following tips: keep a constant check on your diet. Daily workout plan for atleast 30-45 mins and maintain a good healthy lifestyle. Include lots of fiber in your diet such as oats, wheat bran. ragi, barley,jowar.
