    The same as any other diet plan. The only criterion for this is that you have to stick to 1000 calories per day. You have to eat a lot of healthy food items if you want your diet plan to be successful. Make sure that you include plenty of vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. Things such as beetroots, cabbages and carrots are very good options. As long as your food is boiled or steamed and not cooked there is nothing to worry about. You can also opt or lean and fat free meat options instead of normal meal.

    Hi

    1000 calories diet plan should include low calories foods which is vegetables, fruits, green leafy vegetables, whole grains, cereals , dals, lean meat, skinless chicken, fisg, egg white. Choose healthy fat for cooking.

    Sample diet plan:
    Breakfast: Warm water , Soy flour dosa , Tomato chutney
    Mid Morning Snacks: Guava
    Lunch: Bran roti , Veg curry , Veg salad
    Evening Snacks: Coffee, Marie biscuit
    Dinner: Brown bread S/W, Cucumber salad , Warm water with lemon
