coconut oil though comes in the saturated fat category, it comes with a lot of benefits on health. ive tried to list some of them below.
Heart health : we are aware of the fact that saturated fat is not good for your heart .However, contrary to this belief, the lauric acid (a fatty acid )found in coconut oil helps prevent various heart problems including high cholesterol levels and high blood pressure.the saturated fats of coconut oil are not labeled as harmful.
