Haha. I doubt that there are any completely healthy foods that contain meat. White meat is much better than red meat in terms of fat and you should be able to satisfy your meat cravings with this. Chicken is high on protein so it is a good option for all meat lovers. All fish based products are also good for the health and you can consume these without worrying too much. Any recipe that is made with low fat meat is also a good option. Removing the fat from the meat will help you stay healthy. Hope that helps.

Choose skinless chicken, fish, lean meat are protein foods & good option. oatmeal , bran , brown rice, wheatgerm ,barley , buckwheat, cornmeal, oats , whole grains , peas , beans , museli, high fiber breakfast cereals , fruits , all vegetables, all green leafy vegetables, etc.
