There is nothing healthy about eating beef and it is extremely high on cholesterol and saturated fats. I suggest that you reduce the number of times that you eat beef in a week if you are looking to stay healthy. The fat that you can gain from eating beef is very difficult to get rid of and you have to put in endless hours in the gym to put be able to it. I suggest that you stop eating beef altogether and switch to things such as chicken and fish if you want to lose weight and stay healthy. I know its difficult but it's the only way.
