Your sugar intake should always be controlled, depending on your age and on your state of health. Always check your blood sugar levels regularly, so that you're sure that they fall within normal levels. Opt for other sweeteners in the place of sugar, because substances like honey are better and more nutritious in comparison. Cups of table sugar have a lot of calories, and trust me; I'm not exaggerating on the 'lot' part. A cup of table sugar has around 770 calories overall. So unless you're on a quest to gain weight, I'd suggest you go easy on the sugar content.

Of course, Number is also high - health problems also high. When you take 1 cup of sugar contains approx- 770 calories. One should take only 2-3tsp of sugar in a day.
