Is a 0 carb diet healthy?

    Does it sound healthy? Besides, there is no such thing as a zero carb diet. There are a few diet options that will help you limit the number of carbs that you consume and this is the closest that you are going to get to a zero carb diet. If you are opting for a low carb diet, then you must make sure that you include a lot of protein filled food items. Ideally you should be eating fish, fruits and vegetables. If you like meat, then you can stick to chicken and avoid things such as beef and pork.

    Zero carbs diet is not healthy one because carbohydrates is a major source of energy which maintain our healthy life. Choose only healthy carbs which is high in fibers & low in fat, good in carbs.
